購入の返金は Apple の管轄です(reportaproblem.apple.com)。
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the iOS app “Drive Sim” (the “App”), provided by the App's developer (the “Developer”).
No account is required, and the Developer does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. The App does not use location. Road, service-area and interchange data is bundled with the App, and it never reads your device's current location (GPS). Progress data — drive records, miles, unlocks and settings — is stored entirely on your device (there is no cloud sync or transfer; deleting the App loses it).
Google and Apple, as third parties, do receive information in connection with advertising, analytics, crash reporting and in-app purchases (Sections 4–7).
All functional processing — engine sound synthesis, driving/traffic/enforcement calculations and the storage of your progress — happens on your device. The App connects to the internet to serve and measure ads, to record analytics, to send crash reports, and to fetch configuration values.
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may receive device information (including the advertising identifier), IP address, coarse location, and ad interaction data such as impressions and taps. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Policies for details.
Where consent is required (for example in the EU), the App asks for it on first launch through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and it may request iOS tracking permission (ATT). You can limit personalized ads (tracking) at any time under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The Developer never sells user information to third parties.
To improve the App, it uses Google's Firebase Analytics to record in-app events such as screens viewed, features used, and completed purchases or rewarded videos, together with the Firebase app instance ID and your device model, OS version, language and approximate country. This data is not linked to personal information, and the Developer cannot identify individual users from it. At launch, the App also fetches configuration values (such as ad frequency and in-game numbers) from Google's Firebase Remote Config.
If the App crashes, diagnostic information — the stack trace, device model, OS version and app version — is sent to Google's Firebase Crashlytics so the cause can be investigated. It contains no personal information or content you entered.
The App offers in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple, and the Developer never has access to your payment details. The Developer only handles whether an item has been purchased, which is verified on the device through Apple's StoreKit and stored on the device. Refunds are Apple's decision (reportaproblem.apple.com). For what each item unlocks, see the support page.
The App is not directed at a specific age group, and the Developer does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. In-app purchases should be made with a parent's consent; purchases can be restricted with iOS Screen Time.
For questions about this policy, contact [email protected].
Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page. Significant changes will also be announced within the App.
