Engine Sim Publisher(以下「本ツール」)は、Takasawa Dynamics(以下「開発者」)が、自ら運営する YouTube チャンネル「Engine Sim」の動画を多言語で視聴できるようにするために使用する社内ツールです。本ツールは YouTube API Services を使用します。第三者への提供・販売は行っておらず、一般の利用者が登録して使用する機能はありません。
Engine Sim Publisher is an internal tool used by Takasawa Dynamics to make videos on its own YouTube channel, "Engine Sim", available in multiple languages. The tool uses YouTube API Services. It is not distributed or sold to third parties, and there is no sign-up available to the public.
本ツールを利用する者は、YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなします。本ツールを通じて Google が扱う情報には Google プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
By using this tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to information handled by Google through this tool.
本ツールは、開発者自身の Google アカウントによる OAuth 認可を受けたうえで、開発者自身のチャンネルについて次の操作を行います。
本ツールは開発者自身のチャンネル以外を操作しません。視聴者・コメント投稿者・他チャンネルの情報は扱いません。
The tool only operates on the developer's own channel: reading video metadata, adding translated titles/descriptions and caption files, and uploading videos as private (publishing is done by a person in YouTube Studio). It does not handle viewers', commenters' or other channels' data.
