本プライバシーポリシーは、Takasawa Dynamics(以下「開発者」)が自社運用のために使用する YouTube 連携ツール「Engine Sim Publisher」(以下「本ツール」)における情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。本ツールは YouTube API Services を使用します。本ツールは一般に提供しておらず、開発者自身が運営する YouTube チャンネル「Engine Sim」以外のチャンネルに接続することはありません。
This policy covers Engine Sim Publisher, an internal tool used by Takasawa Dynamics to manage its own YouTube channel, "Engine Sim". The tool uses YouTube API Services. It is not offered to the public and does not connect to any other channel.
本ツールを利用することにより、YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。本ツールを通じて Google が扱う情報には Google プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
By using this tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to information handled by Google through this tool.
本ツールは、開発者自身の Google アカウントによる OAuth 認可に基づき、YouTube API Services を通じて次の情報を扱います。
本ツールが書き込むのは、開発者自身の動画の翻訳タイトル・説明文と字幕だけです。視聴者の個人情報、コメント投稿者の情報、他のチャンネルの情報、視聴履歴は取得しません。
The tool reads the developer's own channel ID and name, and the metadata and caption tracks of the developer's own videos. It writes only translated titles, descriptions and caption files to the developer's own videos. It does not collect viewer data, commenter data, other channels' data, or watch history.
取得・書き込みする情報は、開発者自身の動画を複数の言語で視聴できるようにするため(翻訳タイトル・説明文と字幕の登録)にのみ使用します。広告配信・プロファイリング・第三者への提供や販売は行いません。
Information is used solely to make the developer's own videos available in multiple languages. It is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not shared or sold.
認可トークンと作業に使うファイルは、開発者が管理する端末内にのみ、本人だけが読み取れる権限設定で保存します。外部のサーバーやクラウドサービスへ送信することはありません(YouTube API Services への送信を除く)。
Access tokens and working files are stored only on the developer's own machine with owner-only file permissions, and are not transmitted anywhere other than to YouTube API Services.
動画のメタデータは作業中にだけ参照し、永続的に保存しません。認可トークンは連携を解除した時点で無効になり、端末から削除します。削除の依頼は下記の連絡先で受け付けます。
Video metadata is referenced only during a task and not stored permanently. Tokens are invalidated and deleted from the device when access is revoked. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact below.
本ツールへのアクセス許可は、Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定(サードパーティのアクセス)からいつでも取り消せます。
Access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.
本ツールはコマンドラインで動作するツールであり、Cookie やそれに類する技術を利用者の端末に保存・読み取りしません。
The tool is a command-line tool and does not store or read cookies or similar technologies on users' devices.
取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。法令に基づく開示要請があった場合を除きます。
No data is provided or sold to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
