1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの開発者(以下「開発者」)が提供する iOS アプリ「OBD2スキャナーエンジン音付き」(以下「本アプリ」)における情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。

2. 本アプリが扱う情報

本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者がユーザーの個人情報を直接収集・利用することはありません。本アプリは機能の提供のために、端末上で次の情報を扱います。

3. 情報の保存場所と外部への送信

前条の情報はすべて端末内でのみ処理・保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。CSV 書き出しなどの共有機能を使った場合の送信先は、ユーザー自身が選択します。本アプリがインターネット通信を行うのは、広告の配信・計測のためだけです。

4. 広告(Google AdMob)

本アプリは、広告の表示に Google AdMob を使用しています。広告の配信・計測・不正防止のため、Google がデバイス情報(広告識別子を含む)、IP アドレス、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示・タップなどの情報を取得することがあります。取り扱いの詳細は Google プライバシーポリシーおよび Google の広告に関するポリシーをご覧ください。

パーソナライズ広告(トラッキング)は、iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」から制限できます。開発者自身が、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売することはありません。本アプリには、上記の広告 SDK 以外のアクセス解析ツールは含まれていません。

5. アプリ内課金

本アプリはアプリ内課金(買い切りの Pro 機能・広告除去)を提供します。決済はすべて Apple によって処理され、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報にアクセスすることはありません。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the iOS app “OBD2 Scanner + Engine Sound” (the “App”), provided by the App's developer (the “Developer”).

2. Information the App Handles

No account is required, and the Developer does not directly collect or use any personal information. To provide its features, the App handles the following information on your device:

Vehicle data: sensor values such as RPM, speed and coolant temperature read from an ELM327 OBD2 adapter connected over Bluetooth (BLE)
Location (while in use): GPS speed, altitude and routes for display and drive logging
Motion data: G-force display and recording

3. Where Information Is Stored and Sent

All of the above is processed and stored only on your device and is never sent to the Developer or any third-party server. When you use sharing features such as CSV export, you choose where the data goes. The App connects to the internet only to serve and measure ads.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may receive device information (including the advertising identifier), IP address, coarse location, and ad interaction data such as impressions and taps. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Policies for details.

You can limit personalized ads (tracking) in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The Developer never sells user information to third parties. The App contains no analytics tools other than the advertising SDK above.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (one-time Pro features and ad removal). All payments are processed by Apple. The Developer never has access to your payment details.
