1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの開発者(以下「開発者」)が提供する iOS アプリ「ドライブ記録」(以下「本アプリ」)における情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。

2. 本アプリが扱う情報

本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者がユーザーの個人情報を直接収集・利用することはありません。本アプリは機能の提供のために、端末上で次の情報を扱います。

3. 情報の保存場所と外部への送信

前条の情報はすべて端末内でのみ処理・保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。開発者はサーバーを運用していません。動画・画像・記録ファイルの書き出しや利用ログの共有など、共有機能を使った場合の送信先は、ユーザー自身が選択します。

本アプリは、機能の提供のために次の外部サービスと通信することがあります。

本アプリには、広告やアクセス解析のツールは含まれていません。

4. 通知

ドライブの記録が終わったときや、走行距離の入力時期のお知らせに、端末内で作る通知(ローカル通知)を使います。

5. データの削除

記録はアプリ内で削除できます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内の記録もすべて削除されます。

7. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページにて告知します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the iOS app “Drive Log” (the “App”), provided by the App's developer (the “Developer”).

2. Information the App Handles

No account is required, and the Developer does not directly collect or use any personal information. To provide its features, the App handles the following information on your device:

Location: recording drive routes, showing them on the map, and counting the municipalities you have visited. Only when you turn on automatic recording, the App uses location while closed to detect the start of a drive
Motion data: detecting that a car trip has started
Photos: the location and time of photos you allow or select, used for the photo map and for creating drive videos and images. Videos and images you create are saved to your photo library when you choose to
Information you enter: your car details, odometer readings, fuel records, and your home location if you register it (used to keep the area around your home out of videos and images)
Usage log: which screens and features were used, and records of abnormal app exits (no location data)

3. Where Information Is Stored and Sent

All of the above is processed and stored only on your device and is never sent to the Developer. The Developer does not operate any servers. When you use sharing features such as exporting videos, images or records, or sharing the usage log, you choose where the data goes.

To provide its features, the App may connect to the following services:

Apple Maps (MapKit): displaying maps and looking up place and road names for recorded points. The coordinates of those points are sent to Apple for this purpose and handled under the Apple Privacy Policy
Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (elevation tiles) and the OpenStreetMap Overpass API: fetching roads and elevation for a region when mountain-pass data is not bundled with the App. Only the region's bounds are sent — never your location or records

The App contains no advertising or analytics tools.

4. Notifications

The App uses notifications created on your device (local notifications) to tell you when a drive has been recorded and when it is time to enter your odometer reading.

5. Deleting Data

You can delete records within the App. Deleting the App removes all of its records from your device.
